    Possibly 10 million dollars less than what she could be walking away with.

    She called the board of directors "doofuses" for not having sold to MS back in 2007 while explaining how they *f--ked {her} over", in an interview with Fortune magazine, which would (could) violate the non-disparagement clause of her agreement.

    I think she didn't make the right decisions for Yahoo and couldn't bring it back to it's former glory days. In Japan Softbank has sold it's shares in Yahoo.
