I am a little bit disappointed. I expected more from BB. Everyone (except BB hard fans, of course) is saying that the design looks cheap, made of plastic, with a detachable battery cover that makes it looks like a copycat of a premium design. Anyway, it's the iPhone competitor that I respect.

Make or break for RIM (ahem Blackberry). They have joined the party a little late, but there is room for them. They do have the speed and security, and if the Z10 keyboard is as user-friendly as they're saying they could win back a few people. Yet, will a few be enough? I don't think so. It was the clunkiness of the BB that turned me off, and if they continue to barrage consumers with so many useless trinkets it will be there funeral. They tried to do too much without thinking about the usability. If the new OS has learned anything it should be to clean up the mess.

Hope Docomo pick it up as soon as possible. M¥ Bold 9000 is ancient and now is slow. Still love the keyboard models.

Well, they'll definitely have to win people back with what's on the inside, since the outside design looks like the block-y phones of yore and looks cheaper than the Galaxy S3 or iPhone. But they are more aiming at corporate users where design isn't a priority, and the dual totally-separate never-the-twain-shall-mix user vs. business accounts within the same phone could entice secrecy-controlled businesses.

The predictive flick text keyboard looks to be cool though.
