Plans? This article is months late. XB1 has already been released there in Sept 2014 and PS4 in Jan 2015.

Why bother, I'm sure the Chinese black market has already been Playbox 4's and X-Station 360's for a while now.
And "Content of games will be subject to government censorship, it said." doesn't even need to be said. I mean, it's assumed right? It's like saying cigarette's cause cancer. We all know everything single thing will be subject to Chinese government censorship.
