Well not really, since not many Tweeters post photos frequently anyway. Occasional photos for sure, but it's rare to find a user who uploads photos in high numbers. Even with the replies now being exempt (as long as "@Username" is at the beginning of the Tweet that is), this won't really make much difference. Well, not unless you frequently reply to someone with a username like "@insert_obnoxiously_and_excessively_long_winded_username_to_prove_a_point_here". Then it might make a difference, but even so it won't be all that much of one.
Try again Twitter. Try making a change that is actually worth labelling as a change.
