TOKYO —
NTT DoCoMo Inc and Avex Entertainment Inc will set up a joint venture next February to offer on-demand video content distribution service for mobile phones.
Avex Entertainment, a unit of Avex Group Holdings Inc, will own 70% of the joint venture, Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc, while the rest will be held by the mobile phone giant. The joint venture will be capitalized at 3.5 billion yen.

I can't imagine someone saying "I really want to watch that new James Bond movie on my mobile phone, while I'm on the train, and I'm willing to pay for it."

Yeah, I bet Docomo would love to give you that surprise bill which shows how much it costs to download a movie onto your phone.
