NTT DoCoMo Inc said Wednesday it has established a fully owned subsidiary in Shanghai. The new firm, DoCoMo China Co, will mainly help Japanese corporate clients use mobile communications technologies for their businesses.

DoCoMo China will start operations as early as the end of this month, upon approval from the Chinese government, NTT DoCoMo said.
