Just checked, all those enrolled on a single NTT DoCoMo Family Plan, and they don't even have to be related, can now talk free to each other, as well as text-mail (for free). Not a bad deal, just get your friends to opt in to a single account....provided you decide in advance how it gets paid for!
If you have docomo, you should check for new rates often. They may lower their rates and they won't tell you about it. You gotta check for new plans that are cheaper to lure new customers in and switch to a new plan. I did this but they kept trying to bs me into getting a more expensive plan.

Maybe if they didn't change their plans by adding two year contracts and rediculously priced phones they would have a better share of the market.
I had DoCoMo a while back, I enjoyed their service and even thier previous plans. But the competition stepping their game up.
