Zuckerburg should stay out of LinkedIn type ventures and not whore up the market as LinkedIn is already way too commercial from what it's original intentions were and we dont need a catfight making LinkedIn worse than what it already has become.

Don't see that happening. Sorry.
Imagine your mom making a public comment when you have a work anniversary: "Congratulations sweetie. I'll make you your favourite pancakes with raspberry jam when you drop in."
Imagine potential employers making sure that you don't "Like" competition's product.
Imagine that shameful photo that someone tagged you in, being a click away for your boss.

Although I detest Linkin, due to its aggressive spamming of EVERYONE in our address book, I'd be even more reticent to use Facebook in business (read : "Never will use"). The Facebook brand is tarnished with anti-user privacy issues, changing settings without consent or informing users and the brand itself is seen as " casual " and this blocked by most businesses on their servers.
This will fail.

LinkedIn? It's the new myspace.
