It's a great idea to connect people in those remote places to FB so they can also find out what they are not missing.

Current world population...roughly 7 billion people. 10% or so equals roughly 700 Million.

Connect the entire world's population via the internet, and bring an end to Human evolution. It'll only take a little nudge then to push us into extinction. Research in evolutionary theory has shown that evolution happens fastest amongst small populations in isolated areas. Besides, do the people living in these remote areas actually need internet? Do they really want to watch Nyan Cat? Do they really want to know about Kim Kardashian's latest crisis? Because that's pretty much all the internet is really: cat videos and celebrity gossip. Oh and porn. Almost forgot the porn.
