It is an expensive and unaffordable business plan in this recession. This site is not working properly in this morning and showing error HTTP 500.

If the local government do not have capacity to run this site, why they are wasting their time and energy in this project. Wasting tax money in this unnecessary IT project (e-shopping site).

10% is not a good. Rakuten has an English portal that merchants who wish to ship overseas can use and, while still expensive, is less than 10%. And rakuten usually works.

This is the exact error message which I've got just now- "Error in ISAPI_Rewrite helper ISAPI extension. 12017 - The operation has been canceled File: .\AsyncProxyContext.cpp, Line: 1082. Intrenal Error" There are many geek japanese techies who write web servers by themselves. this may be a cause of such experiment.

It is great news! I hope that establishing a high volume export of glass samurai helmets and electronic pressure cookers (designed to be used exclusively with Japanese electric system) will really revive the local economy, and create new jobs for thousands of people.
