Google expands Android platform to wearables

Why Android news doesn't attract attention? Silence...

I do like how open Android is for outside developers however I've never liked their OS. I've been an iphone user for quite some time and though I'd like them to be more open and allow outside development to help boost advancing technology, it wont happen. That being said however I'd sooner switch to a Windows phone and wearable device than android simply because its easier to use in my opinion. Android just isn't for me. Regardless I still like where technology is going with the wearable technologies.
