Windows sucks to begin with and has ALWAYS been littered with problems and bugs. It doesn't matter anyway, once iPhone 5 comes out next week it will dominate the market again for at least a while. And if they allow the 'trade in your old phone for an iPhone 5 without penalty (ie. contract not completed) then it will dominate all the more.

Apple's share of the market has flattened out. It's been hovering around 30% for a good 2-3 years now. Doubt that'd change any time soon.

Have you actually seen or used the Windows 7 phones more specifically the Nokia Lumia 900(Not the 920)? It is actually pretty good.

Windows 7.5 has been rated by most sites as the most innovative and easy to use OS, and the camera apps have been the fastest since the beginning. The Nokia 900/800 series have also been very highly rated, with Nokia 900 taking top crown among phones time and time again. Hell, Apple's own Siri engine replied "Nokia 900" when asked what the world's best phone was, nothing more damning than that.

Apple was for the eighth consecutive time the best ranked company in the annual survey carried out by JD Power & Associates, which asks thousands of smartphones owners how satisfied they are, related feelings like ease of operation and design. From the average points of 863, iPhones were ranked at 970, with the closest following smartphone ranking far below and close to the average line. No Windows or Rim phones were given positive feedbacks from their owners. Samsung was also ranked below the average line. One point that is really important is that iPhones are seen as commodities by their owners: they remain high valued after years of use and are passed as good prosperty within families, while the rest of the smartphones are perceived as disposable after one or two years old. Search the net for the complete survey, it's interesting if you want to know the valeu if your phone.

...annual survey carried out.....yeah, same surveys where the average person votes Internet Explorer as the best web browser for year after year after year, when anyone with any clue could tell you it's was any browser but IE. The average person is clueless - go to a balanced tech site (i.e NOT Macdailynews) and ask tech enthusiasts and you get a whole different answer. Value the cracked and busted screen of your fragile 4s that will break on the first drop? it seems about 1 in 10 iphones I see has a cracked screen.....
