    I went down to the Agency that deals with matchmaking universities with patents to businesses that have some synergy. There is databases full of patents that aren't getting pushed by anyone.

    This is really just a way to fund universities or pay in full for companies to license patents. If you have to pay someone the entire cost to license a patent than it's that just funding universities?!

    To my knowledge there is no program to fund companies with patents. So only patents from universities get funding. Our tax dollars at work for whom may I ask?
