    Problem is there is so little sun and too much cloud and rain (esp' of late) that solar would be ineffective in lots of Japan.

    I strongly agree to this plan. It is important to move government as soon as possible. First, start to change public places, electricity to solar power. It cost a lot of money, so we're difficult to change solar power personal house. Prime Minister Aso is planning to give out money (per person 12000yen to 20000yen) for the nation. But in my opinion, the government has to use the money for environment. That‘s because environment issue is big problem all over the world now. We have to do something from now on. So for that reason, we need the power of government!!
