Both companies make money on the idea. Patents, though they are good for the person who came up with , have gotten way out of hand. The smart thing for them to do is to come to an agreement and keep the courts out of it. Of course South Korea's court ruled in their favor, they are partial. It just reminds me of children fighting over whose ball it is.
