    “Accordingly, the trial was fairly conducted, with uniform time limits and rules of evidence applied to both sides,” the judge said. “A new trial would be contrary to the interests of justice.”

    Even though the USPTO already rejected two of the patents and another 4 are on shaky grounds (especially the box with rounded corners and palm os copy patents)?

    No new trial is against the interests of the world.
