I am an au person. Looks like my plan is going to change (or rather BE CHANGED) by au in the near future. I guess I am supposed to lose my three number deal to prop up au. I wonder if I am THAT loyal . . . . Am I to bail out au now?
I have used AU services for 6 years now; this is my last school year and I wanted a new headset because my six year old one broke down this month. I was told I cannot have a new headset unless I sign up for two more years! In any case I have six years worth of AU points, so I had my old headset repaired instead, paid from my AU points to it was for free (No complaints on the repairs, it took less than one week and I was given a substitute phone during the days my phone was away for repairs). I think it's ridiculous to ask for two years as a minimum contract for a new phone, since AU plans are not the best in the market. If I had more than months left here, I would change carrier altogether.

I switched from AU to Docomo last month. Softbank sucks and au phones are boring.
