Microsoft could ask Santa Claus for help in selling its new Surface tablets which ain't doing so well even with the Christmas gift shopping.

People are holding up for the Intel version. If they're gonna get it, that's the one to get. True computer in tablet format.

If I were Santa, I would call my lawyer. He hasn't signed any waiver of his privacy rights, and should at least have the option of turning off tracking. These digital paparazzi must be stopped.

Actually, recent polls suggest 21% of potential tablet buyers are leaning towards a Surface RT, just behind Kindle Fire HD and actually ahead of the Nexus 10 or ipad 4th gen. Add santa tracker app and you have a great gift for any kid.

Since Black Friday, sales of the Microsoft Surface have flat lined. The majority of buyers are going for the iPads which remains the leading tablet device followed by Android. Santa already knows the iPad is the biggest demand this season.
