Microsoft's products are all rehashed and have been done already by other tech companies.

When I brought my latest computer about 18 months ago it had a Microsoft music feature on it. It was great. You could find just about anything you wanted on it. Went to a Spanish movie, liked the soundtrack, typed in the title and voila! And you could save various tracks under your own personally headings depending on what mood you were in. And it was free. And then one day about 9 months ago I get an email from Microsoft informing me that the service was being "retired". But not to worry, because for just $12.99 a month I could continue to use it uninterrupted. I guess times are getting tough at Microsoft. Or perhaps they just saw it as another way to gouge more cash out of their customers.
