Capone may have a point. The ample supply of cheap geothermal power in Iceland has been attracting polluting industries like aluminum smelters. There is a great debate in Iceland over the aluminum smelters. They all know the ecology of Iceland is being damaged but the debate seems to be center around whether or not the people of Iceland should "sacrifice" their own environment for the sake of the world as aluminum smelters located in other countries use power derived from "dirtier" sources.

They will need to implement the "Whoever Smelt It, Dealt It" Ordinance.
