    i can see the headling next week: Nokia opens R&D Center in India or China. Thats where the activity will be headed. Just look at the hundreds of thousands of engineering degrees (and Ph.D's)that graduate from these two countries every year. In the states, enrollment at MIT is more than 30-40% Chinese and Indian, including advanced degrees. If we won't give these countries acceess to the latest technology, they will figure out how to make better mousetraps in no time.

    Nothing wrong with that, progress, survival of the fittest.
