NTT Data Corp, through its subsidiary Value Team Consulting & Solution, will be acquiring 100% shares of Total Systems Consulting Group, which specializes in IT solutions, payments application, consulting and outsourcing in Brazil.
Value Team, with a presence in Brazil, Italy and Turkey, has a complete and structured offering of business critical IT services, covering IT consulting, system integration, application management and outsourcing. The company supports major companies operating in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, media, manufacturing and retail sectors in the country.
Through this strategic partnership, NTT DATA will further expand its geographic reach in Brazil into the growing Latin American markets.
