Why? The article states that MySpace is basically MTV for the Web 2.0 generation.

Murdoch is probably more interested in the market capitalization value of MySpace, which is much less than the original price he bought it for by now..

I don't know of anyone who still uses MySpace. That was one fad I never jumped on.

I'm a internet addict and I never saw the point of myspace. Hated it, in fact; go to someone's page and get blasted with a massivel long page of slow-loading pictures and videos, AND music that starts automatically at high volume. Ugh.
