Learning kanji is often considered to be the most difficult part of studying Japanese. But it doesn't have to be. Read the Kanji (readthekanji.com) is a fun, web-based quiz application designed to help individuals efficiently learn to read Japanese in the context of real sentences by using smart, streamlined drilling. Reading kanji doesn't require any special skills or secret methods, just dedicated practice and a lot of exposure to contextual, real Japanese.

Read The Kanji's content covers a wide range of skill levels, helping to improve your understanding and grammar. The system is arranged by Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level and uses a spaced repetition system (SRS) — helping you memorize and recall new characters — to test you no matter which level you’re shooting for, or even just hiragana and katakana.

Navigate through tons of useful kanji information using Read The Kanji's simple, easy-to-understand interface and access the Kanji Help to expand the depth of your knowledge. You can see how to write kanji, find out their dictionary definitions, see various onyomi / kunyomi readings, and see examples of the kanji in real sentences. There's also a Romaji Chart built into the quiz for when you get stuck on that really difficult character.

Aside from the context that sentences provide, you can leave hints and tips for other users, which is easily accessible on the bar that appears at the top of the interface. You can also see more information on the kanji from here too such as character meanings, readings, radicals, etc. You can also see your progress via the Stats section. There you can see a large chart that shows all the kanji, color-coded, to your skill level at that particular character—Watch your stats increase as your kanji knowledge grows.

There only one way that we learn any thing, its called hard work, but certainly a good sytem can help.

I agree, memorize kanji is just a matter of taking the time to memorize them, but I like having an app on my phone to drill when riding the train. But I got good apps for around $5, the monthly fee on this one is a bit high IMO
