duh, it's just a tool.
a good soldier with superior aim can take out an enemy with fewer bullets and damage to the environment (and civilians). a good cook can is more efficient with his raw ingredients, using less materials. a good doctor/surgery robot operator doesn't go to a training school for 2 days and start operating on patient's groinal areas.

It's just not the same with a robot...prostate surgery is one of those things that needs the human touch.
