They'll win, as long as they don't file the claim in the US. Yesterday, Samsung won another victory in Germany when the German court ruled that Samsung wasn't infringing on Apple's multi touch patents. Samsung has for the most part successfully defended themselves in all the countries outside of the US.

Another case where headline misrepresents the truth (as of now). 'Plans to' is very different from 'considering'...

I'm not in the position to say who's stealing from who, but my Nexus bought almost a year ago can do almost everything an iPhone 5 can do ;)

I am happy with my Xperia S10(latest firmware). Got it for 7,000 Yen at the local Book-Off.

As I am also an iMac user I still don't care about the disputes.

@chucky Samsung lost in there own home country of Korea. And considering the USA market is nearly 50% of the Samsung and apple entire sales market I would say that win is prett major. So by my count. Samsung only "won" in two countries and "lost" in the two most important countries. You are talking about Germany which also banned xboxs in lawsuit that was lost in half a dozen other countries.

Nothing serious but just making noise only. Samsung doesn't know yet which patent may Apple broken.
