took me nearly 8 hours to get my iPhone with them. The money they paid the staff to basically wait with me must be costing them a pretty penny.

how can a company that charges you 18 yen just to activate a prepaid phone card be in financial trouble?hehe yes that's probably one of the reasons..

It's no wonder...you can rarely reach a number using Soft Bank, the connection is really bad, and the range is almost useless.
