I'm not proud or anything, but I bought the PS3 just to play Final Fantasy XIII I think it was. I pre-ordered it and got it on the release day and after a couple of weeks I realized I'm too old for this sh...

Great news for Sony, and it is such a relief to hear of a home-run product once again emerging from them.
The Sony Walkman was the iPad of the 1980s, one of those 'must-have' devices that everyone was talking about. I still have fond memories of Sony from that era when the company and its products seemed miles ahead of the competition.

My PS3 failed recently after many years of great service, was tempted to get a PS4 but didnt. It was the only time in my 25 year gaming life I wanted backwards compatibility. If it had that id be a PS4 owner today. :(

I just don't like Sony or their products, they try to be too many things.

I'm waiting for them to release a 1TB PS4 or some other special edition (not the white one). And for Diablo III expansion, Destiny and Dragon Age Inquisition. Only then I can get a PS4...

So far I own only four PS4 games. As for Sony's balance sheet...Sony must be doing relatively well as it hasn't needed a bailout yet. But, Yeah, go ahead and believe the propaganda.

Looked at the PS Now pricing, it is high unless you are looking for a one week rental of a single player game and don't want to play multiplayer for an extended period of time. The long term rental price is about 80% of the full purchase price. You are better off buying a new ps3 for around ¥25,000.
Plus, my network failed the PS Now connectivity test. Maybe because it is US only now. So, I will not be using the Playstation Now service. Plus, decent ps4 games are starting to arrive, the last of us remastered and destiny are two.

I was always a Sega fan myself and still believe the Saturn was better (except for programming) than PS1. (Panzer Dragoon Saga etc). I can always play the UFO Catcher (Sega) I guess. Shenmue should have been for the Saturn also.
