    If I was that stressed out, seeing myself about to be variously asphyxiated, cannibalised or gobbled up, I'd probably stress out more.

    they could shut off their mobiles for a bit... sit in a beautiful park and take in some fresh air and solitude.

    I can see this becoming a new avenue of social stress as peers compete to have the lowest stress levels and bully those who are seen to be high-stress and thus vulnerable. Yes, this is a wonderful idea.
