Phone users can select between “allow” and “cancel” options.

If Windows phone users opt for “cancel,” the camera software continues to record latitude and longitude coordinates of handsets along with locations of nearby mobile service towers and Wi-Fi networks, the lawsuit charged.

That is why the iPhone is better.

Wow... so not only are they stuck with some of the crappiest OS software in history, bugs, and what not, they are being tracked 24/7 as well! Raw deal any way you slice it. Suckers.

Orwellian society is upon us whether we like it or not. If you're fussed over privacy then dont buy a "Smartphone" - simple as that.

All the smartphones track where you are: Apple, Google (Android), etc. They say they now delete that data after a week or so............ but do you trust them?
