so will it be released here in J, too? what use is it to tell us it will be released in the US??? what about the rest of the world??? or is that the point of the article??? just because its an online english news site, doesnt mean it has to be so centered around issues pertaining almost solely to the US english speaking readers of this site.

sharpie, everything here is centered around the US sadly. It is good that that this tablet will have HDMI, I will have a closer look at it.

    The important statement is:

    a nonworking prototype

which means all the 'it will have...' are subject to vaporware, hidden design problems, etc. If in June, when it is supposed to be available, it is actually available, we can check to see how many of the features (like HDMI) actually made it.

Better get used to that here. We get AP articles about Japanese products released in the US 85% of the time.

I think Android on all these devices will (not so) slowly strangle iOS. There are so many manufacturers who can innovate in the same market segment where only Apple uses iOS.

missed the boat on this Motorola are releasing a similar tablet using honeycomb in the next two weeks. Hope that Apple loses some of it's dominance is this area. Hate softbank.
