Who is doing this research for crying out loud? Toyota is nothing compared to the firms that make ll the OEM items Toyota is selling as it's own. Take the following global giants; Alps Electric, Mabuchi Motor, Hashikawa (leader in ceramic etching technology - they can cut ceramics at plus 700 degrees centigrade where as the US are still struggling to get to 400 degrees. And they are the major mold makers for Japans cell phone makers - they also cut the LA Olymic medal dies.)...
