    "Under the unique nonproliferation project..." Giving nuclear fissile material to the only nation on earth to bomb civilians with nuclear weapons can hardly be said to be "nonproliferation." Except in Japanese logic.

    Good,all spent nuclear fuel should be stored in on single place,in the US.
