The much anticipated launch of the ALMA will herald a new wave of exploration in the space/time continuum for radio astronomy. I believe that we are getting closer to the actual time of the "creation" of the universe. I do believe, like the science of paleontology and Charles Darwin's Evolution of a species (minus the Stokes Monkey trial), we shall have a clear understanding of the evolution of the cosmos. Although, we have only discovered 500 of the possible 100,000,000,000 possible planets in our own galaxy (give or take the presence of Dark Matter, Dark Energy and Anti-matter); we can diffidently claim to know our butts from a hole in the wall. If Obama is looking for a way to expand human presence in space; we should take the same international cooperation and establish an ALMA type array on the Dark Side of the Moon. They could call it Dark Side Large Millimeter Array; or Dark Side for short.
