It's a very interesting case. Yahoo mail is provided at no cost to the users, yet users provide statistics that in turn fund Yahoo's operations. It's, at best, a symbiotic relationship.
I find it odd how we have come to feel entitled to this.

I pay yearly for Yahoo plus, so I expect it to be up 100%. It never is. It jams, it hangs, it completely goes byebye at will.
Worst thing about it is when it does not believe who I am as I rotate my VPN connections and insists I put in a cell phone number. I do not have one. Just list the various ways to prove who I am so I do not have to go through several pages. DUH
