    rising for the first time since February last year due mainly to the removal of fuel surcharges.

    And now they're planning to put the surcharges back on again. Idiots.

    More flights from Haneda is definitely a good thing.

    It would be better to drop the outdated domestic/international thing and use Haneda for business/premium flights and Narita as a low cost/charter terminal.
