Fuel surcharge should be Y0 plus they should reduce basic fare, oil price now stands just US$35/barrel !

So they will continue to collect the fuel surcharge for a couple of more months, even though the price of fuel has been going down.

Fuel prices are locked in for months. You might see $35 dollar a barrel for crude, but that benefit is months down the road.
