JAL to increase flights to Okinawa
Japan Airlines is to increase the number of flights from Haneda in Tokyo to Naha, Okinawa, between July 1 to Oct 31.
Utilizing the increase in number of landing slots at Haneda, offered by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) earlier this month, JAL will commence additional flights to Okinawa, Naha taking the current number of 11 daily flights to 12.
The increase in flights to Okinawa follows the increase in flights to Hiroshima in the month of May, and Fukuoka in June.

summer? Wouldn't the huge increase in flights, deserving of a press release, be better in the winter months? joke of PR. and 1 flight. 200 people or so. again, what a nice PR department.

After all, Japan has been sending thousands of Self Defense Force military to Okinawa, complete with their dependents; I guess they would also like to visit their real homes...........

A lot of flights from Tokyo on JAL. Only three daily flights from Nagoya, and four from Osaka (five if you count the one daily from Itami).
