i believe it's more the price of flying with kids than the parents worried about disturbing others. parents bring their screaming kids everywhere with no qualms. stores. restaurants. a family of 4 would be almost ¥400,000 just for airfare. ouch.

A great idea - special service for traveling mothers with babies and young kids. The 16 member on flight cabin crew consisting of women having experience in raising kids is a well thought idea and extremely beneficial when it comes to giving relief to stressed mothers while traveling with babies and kids.
