TOKYO —
JTB Group company JAPANiCAN Inc will discount its most popular Sunrise Tours to destinations across Japan through February to coincide with Yokoso! Japan Weeks, as a part of the Japanese government’s campaign to increase the number of foreign tourists entering Japan to 10 million by the year 2010
JAPANiCAN has joined the promotion by lowering prices for its most popular Sunrise Tours by 5%. With over 6 million visitors during its 40-year history, the JTB Group’s Sunrise Tours brand has long been the premiere way for tourists to experience Japan.
During JAPANiCAN’s Yokoso! Japan Weeks promotion, popular Sunrise Tours to destinations like Mt Fuji and Hakone will become even more accessible, lowered to 12,350 yen per person after the promotional discount. Other popular discounted tours include day trips to the World Heritage Site Nikko Toshogu Shrine (13,300 yen) and sushi-making classes at Tsukiji’s fish market (13,775 yen).
Many of JAPANiCAN’s Shinkansen Tours are also included in the discount offer. The budget travel packages including bullet train fare and lodging receive the same 5% discount on top of their already heavily discounted prices! During the promotion, shinkansen tickets from Tokyo to Kyoto and lodging in Kyoto can be had for as little as 18,525 yen per person.
JAPANiCAN’s promotion is valid on selected tours with departures until Feb 28. To view the full lineup of discounted tours, visit http://www.japanican.com/tours/FToursKensakuKeikaTema.aspx?TourActivityNo=38.
