Marriott has opened two hotels in Phuket - the Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Patong Beach and the Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Kamala Beach. Both hotels are operated under a management agreement with Destination Properties Company, Limited.

Sigrid Stelling is general manager for Patong while Lutz Mueller is general manager in Kamala.

The 390-room Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Patong Beach features room amenities such as 32-inch flat screen TVs, luxurious bedding, DVD players and high speed internet.

Within walking distance to major shopping outlets and the beach, the hotel offers an ideal location and boasts a rooftop pool where guests can enjoy the idyllic Patong Beach sunset.

The 180-room all-suite Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Kamala Beach is an ideal getaway for families, offering one, two and three bedroom options, fully equipped with kitchenettes, private balconies and living rooms. The family oriented resort style hotel has six meeting rooms, perfect for parties, family reunions or business retreats.

At the heart of both properties is MoMo Café, an all day restaurant that combines local cuisine with western favorites.

One popular service for families is KIDSWORLD, a getaway for children of all ages, available at both locations. Offering an array of toys, activities and entertainment from movie theaters, play station nooks, two story pool slides, table football, and dress up corners, KIDSWORLD allows children to explore and discover their surroundings while parents get the opportunity to enjoy their time relaxing by the pool. The service is free and is operated by certified and trained personnel.
