Sony Computer Entertainment offers free PlayStation3 games at Hong Kong airport

HONG KONG —

Airport Authority Hong Kong has partnered with Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong to give travelers something fun to do while waiting for their flights. A total of 14 PlayStation3 Game Poles have been installed at various spots around the airport including areas near the boarding gates at Terminal 1 and the Coach Station at Terminal 2.

Travelers can now try out - for free - the latest PS3 games, including the highlights of the Asia Game Show x Online Game Show 2009 (AGS x OGS 2009), Final Fantasy XIII, James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Assassin’s Creed 2.

There are several airports in Asia with this sort of setup. Singapore has had it with the Xbox for years.
