Abilitas Hospitality Co Ltd, an asset and property management company for hotels and Japanese-style inns, has been contracted to provide asset and property management for the One Niseko Resort Towers, a hotel to open in December in Niseko, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido.

One Niseko is currently being remodeled by the architectural firm Kengo Kuma and Associates, which is renovating the hotel buildings under a unique “One Niseko” concept. The new hotel, comprising two towers of up to 11 above-ground stories and one below ground, will include 105 suite rooms, a lounge cafe, restaurant, cigar bar and hot spring. It will also feature a wide variety of guest rooms, ranging from 47 m2 studio type suites to a 229 m2 penthouse with three bedrooms.

More than 70% of the rooms will be able to accommodate five or more people and all rooms will be equipped with kitchen facilities, making the hotel ideal for long-term guests, groups and families. The hotel will also provide a butler service and offer a variety of activity programs, making it ideally positioned to accommodate guests from within Japan and overseas visiting for all manner of purposes, including skiing, tourism and relaxation.

Abilitas Hospitality CEO Fumihiro Sasaki commented, “Niseko provides visitors the opportunity to enjoy nature throughout the year. It boasts some of the best powder skiing in the world, an international atmosphere, and a variety of activities including rafting, golf, and horseback riding. Abilitas Hospitality is honored to be providing asset management and operational support for One Niseko, which will be a tremendous addition to the area‟s facilities. We are committed to continue providing high-quality services to help further enhance the value of the hospitality assets we support.”
