ANA InterContinental Tokyo introduces Pet Pamper Experience

TOKYO —

The ANA InterContinental Tokyo is opening its doors to “man’s best friend” with the
launch of its Pet Pamper Experience (dogs only). The Pet Pamper Experience begins with a welcome kit with all the pet friendly information you will need to know including, location of all the pet services such as vet, grooming service and pet stores in the area. Also offered are pet toys, clean-up bags, and a photo taken on arrival.

The pet friendly rooms feature a pet bowl, food bowl, pet cage and pet toilet. The number of dogs is limited to one per room and in the hotel overall. Room charges under the Pet Pamper Experience are 35,000 yen for a double/twin room (for one or two persons with one pet).

    What about people who don't have a dog? Can you rent one out at the front desk?

    It's a nice hotel. I like it better than the 5-star ones. They seem to be more progressive, too.

    Does this means the owner and their dogs will be dining at the restaurants too?...in that case I won't be able to go eat their buffet breakfast anymore..I'm allergic to dogs and cats' fur ...:(
