I made my comment on Trip Advisor about a Japanese Hotel- Shinra. They gave us a refund for the meal not supplied but even that was given in the most rude manner- the owner sneered at my wife's complaint and stuffed the refund in cash in an envelope. That hotel was bad in many ways.
