If their international service is anything like their US domestic service, we are in a lot of trouble.

Most of the planes are doing the new Pacific routes are using the newer Northwest Airbus planes. The Northwest cabin crew is tied to the specific plane until operating certificates are combined (late 2009). So if you liked the service you were getting from Northwest, same people, nicer blankets and pillows, maybe even some decent bourbon.

Oh Gawd, Northwurst's planes and service? I doubt you're going to find too many people who liked Northwurst.
Inevidably, US carriers are going to be bottom of the totem-pole in rankings for trans-pacific flights to the US, as Asian carriers blow them away year after year.
