The Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo opened in the Ginza district on Wednesday, the city's newest hotel.
The hotel is owned by Mitsui Fudosan Group and Hong Leong Group.
“The Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan Co Ltd. have long partnership history. We are very much honored to participate in their first project in Japan,” said Mitsuru Adachi, CEO of Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co Ltd. “In preparation for opening a new hotel in Ginza where 'traditions' and 'leading-edge trends' coexist, we would like to make efforts to highlight the attractive aspects of Ginza by proactively getting involved with people in the community.”
The hotel features 329 guestrooms, a fusion Japanese restaurant “NiKO”, and offers concept rooms such as Gold Leaf Room and Pearl Room, collaborating with established Japanese brands Hakuza Mikimoto Cosmetics. It also collaborates with facilities in Ginza and Nihonbashi, providing tickets to the popular “December at Kabukiza Theatre” at the Kabukiza and multiple services at Mitsukoshi department store.
The hotel is a one-minute walk from the Ginza 4-chome crossing. With Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) within 30 minutes and Narita International Airport just 70 minutes away, Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo provides easy access and convenience for business and leisure travelers.
