Virgin Atlantic to introduce online visa service

Virgin Atlantic has joined forces with CIBT, one of the largest global providers of visa and passport services, which means that airline’s passengers can now secure travel visas to most countries in the world including Japan, China, India, Australia and Africa through the Virgin Atlantic contact center and through virginatlantic.com.

Through this partnership, CIBT will provide a comprehensive range of travel document services including visas, passports and other important documents required for travel.

Dee Cooper, Virgin Atlantic’s director of products and services, said, “Virgin Atlantic’s aim is to provide our passengers with a seamless travel experience from the time of booking all the way through to them disembarking at their destination. This means virginatlantic.com will be a one stop shop for all our passengers needs.”

Virgin Atlantic flies to 30 destinations around the world and celebrated its 25th birthday in June this year.

I hope they can do security checks and luggage scans online. That's where I lose a lot of time.
