... yeah, right, what are the chances? I approve whole-heartedly. It saved the taxpayer a mess of money on a trial for a man who deserved to die.

I don't think it's in the 'nature' of any nation, or any human being for that matter. This is an example of a very sick, twisted man, and the result is horrid. RIP, little ones.

Well, its pretty obvious the person was not sane. What might not be obvious to some is what exactly that means. Imagine if he suffered some sort of brain damage from physical trauma or some chemical poisoning. He might have been like a dog with rabies and no way to cure him.

This post is especially for you TheQuestion, because suggestions of torture really don't help.

RIP to the young people who died.

That's pretty much what I was thinking.

Well, its pretty obvious the person was not sane. What might not be obvious to some is what exactly that means. Imagine if he suffered some sort of brain damage from physical trauma or some chemical poisoning. He might have been like a dog with rabies and no way to cure him.

The letter indicates some level of planning. If he'd gone on a rampage in a mall or public place maybe I'd just be content with him being dead. But given the victims in this instance I'd say is much more than he deserved.

What local papers in Brazil are saying

Police Colonel Djalma Beltrami said the killer used two handguns and a lot of ammunition. The suspect left behind a letter, in which he anticipated committing suicide after the attack. Beltrami, however, gave no details of any possible motive.

Beltrami described the letter as 'the words of a person who no longer believes in anything, full of sentences that made no sense and references to Islamic fundamentalism.'

Wonder what is the reason,for this Brazil suicide gunman???
