I think you mean 'band' together? And how can the Middle Eastern countries banding together prevent very similar bombings in India and China and the Philippines and Indonesia and Europe? Are you guggesting that Middle Eastern countries are offering sanctuary to the perpetrators of these atrocities against the one God's gentle and struggling humanity?
Don't you think a terrorist group that would plant a bomb in a crowded public area, and then have another go off as soon as people began to come and help, is sorta beyond the peace treaty stage? It's really best to just eliminate terrorist groups and be done with it.
This is the PKK again. While the whole islamic world is screaming for a homeland for the "Palestinians", don`t expect any similar enthusiasm for the Kurdish right for a homeland.
Double standards? You bet.
